What is your turnaround time?

A.The delivery time for photos varies based on the type of session and the package you choose. Most sessions are delivered within 3 weeks of the session date, but it can take 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the specific requirements of each session. If you need your images sooner than our standard delivery timeframe, a rush processing fee will apply.

Where will my photos be delivery?

A.Your photos will be delivered through Pixieset in a password-protected gallery. An online store will also be available for ordering prints for personal use. Please note that these files cannot be used for profit, contests, or competitions, and they may not be altered in any way without the written consent of Abigail Sylvester Photography.

Do you retouch all your images?

A.I provide light retouching on delivered images, which includes color correction, exposure adjustments, selective black-and-white processing, clarity adjustments, tone mapping, and other corrections. Detailed retouching is available upon request after the online gallery is delivered, and clients can specify any specific retouching they desire.

Travel fee?

A.Depending on the location, a travel fee may apply for areas outside San Francisco. This fee includes a base charge of $35 plus $0.70 per mile, plus any necessary parking and toll fees.

What is the cost of additional photos & downloading images beyond what is offered in my package?

A.The cost is $8 for each additional photo, or you can purchase a complete gallery download for $125, depending on the number of images in your final gallery.

Do you deliver every image?

A.I do not deliver every image. I remove duplicates, test shots, misfocused photos, and any that are of poor quality. I also discard images that do not fit the overall theme and eliminate duplicates.
